The project relies on close cooperation between the three universities and their start-up centers. The following measures are central components:

• Talent pool: Facilitating the search for suitable co-founders and experts for start-up teams.
• Financing network: Establishing a stable network of investors and support programs to secure early-stage financing.
• Expansion of start-up teaching: Opening up and supplementing existing courses and certificate programs for students and researchers interested in starting a business.
• Optimization of consulting services: Best practice exchange and joint consulting formats to professionalize support structures.
